It is bitter sweet that I announce my retirement. The Silver Birch will continue with curbside takeout until we close January 15th. I would like to thank our loyal customers and wonderful staff for supporting us throughout our 8 years in the restaurant business as well as the 30 plus years as a caterer/ pastry chef. We weathered the storm very well because of your unwavering support. It has been an honour to be a part of the restaurant community in Thunder Bay and I will miss you all!
